We are excited to have released TIME, our debut single as a female country duo. It has been a long time coming with over 10 years of performing as a cover band. It was time to get our songwriting out there for the world. Here is the lyric video for this song. Breanna’s mother, who has sadly passed away from cancer, wrote a poem called TIME when she was 16 in 1969. Once she passed away her daughters had it published and Breanna brought it to Cassandra in a writing session to see if they could use part of it for a song. Cassandra looked over the lyrics and she had written the first verse and chorus. This was a very exciting start to the song and the rest came together beautifully. Producer, Lee Nichols brought it all together in production. Smith and Nixon are very proud of this one honoring Nixon’s mother.
