Are you age 15-19? Are you interested in being a part of your community? I, Cassandra of the Moonshine Mollys, have been a Sponsor for the Miss Nanaimo Ambassador Program last two years. I was also responsible for covering their photography needs. They are looking for sponsors this year for the 8 candidates to represent our Great City of NANAIMO! A Sponsor is a person or business who pays $600 to support a young lady of our community, who is learning respect, responsibility, learn valuable life skills in automotive, Toast masters. These girls do a speech night where they have a topic or person they need to  speak about.  The fashion show is also a part of the program. They will be hosting a fashion show for the community to come and enjoy.

Here is The Good Looking group from the 2012-2013 Season!

The 67th Annual Pageant will be held on September 7th! Did I mention that the ladies get to  perform for the Gala Goers in the talent portion of the show. It is great to see how many different things that each of them can do. Each girl also gets points towards her final score for the community events that they attend to show off their sponsor banner and represent Nanaimo. On the evening of the gala many awards are given out to the girls for excellence in different areas. Also, scholarships are presented to outstanding candidates.
